Well Christmas is coming soon, I know it is still more that a month away right now but it is time to start thinking of the kids and what they would like to get from Santa. I am sure everyone know some one, some family that is in need this year for Christmas, so I wanted to put this out there for others to read. Over on the Float Tube Fishing Forum, which is part of this blog we are running out 2nd Toy Drive. Last year was a great time at Laguna Lake in Fullerton, were we meet up and donated toy to a local charity (The Spark Of Love). Well this year we are at it again and we are setting up to crush last years donations. This years we have 2 locations for drop off for gifts, and fishing will follow, as well as guys will be tubing. The first location will be Newport Harbor, and the second location will be Perris lake on a different day. At each location there will be a raffle held for some goodie bags filled with some donated fish products that will be much worth you showing up.
On the 22nd of December will be the drawling for the grand prize a custom built rod from one of our members of The Float Tube Fishing Forum. You do not need to be a member to donated to this worthy cause. But to be in the raffle you must be signed up before the events begin, and even though we are all about Float Tubing you don't need to be a float tuber, just come on out and fish with use for a great charity.
